We recognise that for many brokers, regular Commission Payments are crucial to success. To this end, MBSL pay you weekly on receipt of the monies from the providers. We pay you by BAC's directly into your bank account, to arrive with you on the Friday of every week, and provide a statement through the post outlining the monies sent. If MBSL have received the money by Monday, you will be paid by Friday.

Training and Competence is tailored to the individual needs of our brokers. Whether you've just started out in the industry, or have 20 years experience, our programme can reflect your needs. One to one T & C visits, personal development plans, free subscriptions to Competent Adviser and specialised training provided where available add up to a comprehensive service.
Our Compliance programme is based on a remote monitoring system combined with periodic visits to your place of work. We keep things flexible and simple, choosing a risk-based approach to assess just how much monitoring is required, and we change this as you gain confidence and experience. We communicate directly with you, and are at the end of the phone to answer any compliance issues you have on a day to day basis.
